Diane Ries is a senior Human Resources professional, Trainer & Coach.
She is the founder and owner of HR Services S.A. and over the last 20 years, she has shared her extensive HR expertise with multiple clients from different sectors. One of her main achievements is the development of innovative assessment tools such as simil-e, as well as the well-known orientation questionnaire Q-Orient.
As Co-Founder and President of Competence ASBL, Diane Ries enjoys passing on her significant knowledge of the Luxembourg Labour Market to senior people and students looking for a career change.
A native of Esch-sur-Alzette, Diane is passionate about education and after having been a part-time teacher at the University of Lille II (Master HR) as well in the secondary education system in Luxembourg, she has been a member of the Board of St. George's International School in Luxembourg since 2014 and is also the Chair of HR. She has been a member of the Comité d'accréditation des BTS since 2010.
Diane has always believed that having good communication skills is one of the most important differentiators in the professional space, and has been an active member of Toastmasters International since 2006. Her combined marketplace, professional, coaching and communications knowledge make her ideally suited to take part in this Pitchathon panel.
